TMTSonline, a subsidiary of The Milieu Therapeutic Services has submitted a proposal to the Virginia Polytechnic and State University who published the request on behalf of the Virginia Higher Education Procurement Consortium. The request was for an entity to provide short term behavioral healthcare services to the nearly 300,000 students and 100,000 staff that are affiliated with the state's colleges and universities. The plan also calls for availability in case a student goes into crisis or a staff member needs to consult with another professional.
Were we to obtain this contract it would be for a renewable two year period. We are able to offer the VHEPC a more economical solution by utilizing remote technology and we are able to uphold our mission of reaching out to those that would not otherwise have access to treatment.
