The Milieu Therapeutic Services and its subsidiary tmtsonline.com has submitted a proposal to the City of Hampton for early intervention, treatment, and assessment of substance use. The proposal calls for using an assessment tool to determine the client's need for treatment, and then provide short term case management should the client be in need of a referral. In addition, we would be doing early intervention groups and plan to later add a more stringent outpatient program for treatment.
If awarded the contract it would start in July and last for two years, with the option to renew. While our clinicians have extensive experience in substance use treatment, this would represent our first such attempt as a company into this area. We differ in that we can offer a hybrid of in person and telehealth service options to serve the clients in the program.
